It is absolutely free for orders above Rs.499/-. For the orders below Rs.499/-, the charges are nominal as reflected on the website depending upon the distance and weight of the consignment.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We generally ship the items within 24-48 hours from the time of delivery (weekends and public holidays excluded). The delivery time will be between 2-10 days depending upon the distance and the local situations as per the Governments rules and regulations in that geographical region, Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Estimated delivery time is dependent on the product’s availability, and could vary from each brand offering the product.

If you have shopped multiple products in a single transaction, we will send it to you in one single shipment. (In case of a single shipment, the delivery date would be on the date when all the products are ready to ship in some cases delivery can be in partial mode).

We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on hspmart.com  website. The prices listed for all the items are clearly defined with GST and/or CESS while placing the order.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary from brand to brand?

Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the brands/manufacturers etc.
