Shipping Coverage:

Delays & Exceptional Cases:
At HSP Mart, we strive to deliver as per the estimated timeline. However, due to unforeseen logistics challenges, weather conditions, or courier delays, there might be occasional delays.
In rare cases where a shipment is untraceable or delayed excessively, HSP Mart reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Address Change:
You may request an address change only if the order status is Pending or Confirmed and the item hasn’t been shipped.
If there’s a difference in taxes or shipping rates between the two addresses, the change may not be accepted.

International Shipping:
Currently, HSP Mart does not deliver to international locations. Deliveries are limited to India.

Parcel Condition:

Non-availability on Delivery:
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide an active mobile number and complete address during checkout.
